Founded by myself - Joana, my aim is to create an open and inclusive space for everyone to enjoy yoga. I’m a certified Yoga teacher by Yoga Life International, a school with Indian roots that connects ancient eastern wisdom with modern sciences.

Hatha Yoga involves the practice of physical postures in combination with awareness of the breath to help develop mental focus and to connect the mind, body, and spirit.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. The practice draws our attention inwards, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis).
